    my vocabulary is very small, and couldn't say my mind,
    the english is make me so trouble,

some written englisn I can understand,but my listenning englisn is so so so bad.
I'm afraid to speaking with foreigner. I worried I couldn't understand what's he say.
I thought I need some self-confidence.
